Johnson & Johnson Santé Beauté France is a leading company in the cosmetic field with renowned brands such as Neutrogena and Le Petit Marseillais. We are seeking an In vitro Research Intern to join our European Consumer R&D center in Normandy.

 Clinicals and claims innovation Investigator - intern H/F

 

The internship is based in Val-de-Reuil (Eure, Normandie), between Rouen and Paris, for six months

The Intern must be able to begin the position between January and April 2019.

Position summary:

  • Prepare and conduct on-site studies in order to support the claims of cosmetics products.
  • Develop and improve study methodologies.
  • Participate to the completeness and compliance of SMF/TMF with SM.
 

The mission will be:

  • Perform of in-vivo and in-vitro studies to assess efficacy of cosmetic products
  • Develop and improve study methodologies
  • Investigate and then summarize the application areas of Clinical Operations ‘instruments and potential new opportunities
  • Prepare or be involved in study documentation (Study protocols, CRF, memo, reports…)
  • Prepare or be involved in claim support compilation (redaction of claim support, efficacy attestation…)
  • Collect and analyze results (this includes statistical data analysis & interpretations)
  • Manage investigational study materials together with the SM
  • Ensure that the clinical studies are following the SOPs and the principles of ICH E6
  • Ensure that trainings are performed appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Work in compliance with the SOPs and the principles of ICH
  • Participate to the Quality System improvement especially for on-site studies


Qualifications
  • The applicant should be enrolled in or have completed a Master program (M1/M2) or Engineering school in the Chemistry or Biology
  • Good comprehension of human biology and health.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English is required.
  • Additional skills that are desirable:
  • Ability to lead projects; acquire, analyze, interpret, and organize data; write and document research experiments and protocols; and
  • Experience in working within a collaborative team across different disciplines as well as the ability to work with a high degree of independence.
