As part of the CareAdvantage team within the Strategic Customer Group, the Customer Solutions Partner is responsible for generating deep customer insights to steer the development from ideation to deploying customer valued solutions, that are specific for surgeons and patients and aligned to our strategic objectives. 

You will engage and influence at all levels, both internally and externally, from clinicians through to C-Suite and Executive Boards members, where you will challenge the status quo and offer new ideas, translating insights into actions that create value added competitive advantage and help others understand the impact of the solutions on patients, customers and the JJM business.
Qualifications
Be Valued for who you are:

As part of a dynamic and results oriented team motivated by delivering innovative ideas and business excellence you will have:
  • Previous experience in the medical device or related healthcare industry
  • Tertiary education in Science, Marketing or Business
  • Knowledge of the current healthcare landscape where solution selling is a key driver
  • Understanding of the relationship between surgeon and patient’s pathways within a hospital setting
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally and influence at all levels
  • Innovative, strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box to find solutions
  • Demonstrated change management success in previous role is highly desired
  • Proven project management capabilities; marketing background advantageous
