<General Summary>

l  As a right-hand person for Shopper Marketing Senior Manager, responsible for developing shopper strategies and go-to-market plans for nationwide activities for our products by turning shopper insights into retail and e-commerce experience and solutions.

l  Closely works with other Marketing teams and develops campaign programs to ensure the acquisition of inspired consumers by demand generation initiatives

l  Identifies and tracks KPIs of the activities and programs.  Quickly assess areas of acceleration or improvements to deliver the results through daily, weekly, monthly based PDCA cycle.

l  Monitors and reports consumer promotion market trends and competitors’ initiatives.


<Duties & Responsibilities>

l  Defines by-channel x by-life stage based shopper experience having supervision, support from manager and other departments.

l  Develops and executes trade and project specific promotional tools and programs that deliver against short-term and long-term objectives.

l  Develops and executes both Off-line and On-line programs that will influence shopper behavior and stimulate demand.

l  Identifies and tracks KPIs of the activities and programs. Quickly assess areas of acceleration or improvements to deliver the results through daily, weekly, monthly based PDCA cycle.

l  Manages promotional activity expenses and resources to ensure adherence to budget guidelines.

l  Leads promotional review of the marketplace to identify learnings and recommendations at each product level (For example, product number, brand, or category).

l  Leads development of new promotion, scheme in order to keep gaining marketing edge, advantage ahead of competitions, leveraging our own channel (retail store and EC site ) as test fields.


<Key deliverables>

Consumer / Shopper communication across channels by collaborating with respective departments.

Timely report of promotion KPI, KSF by collaborating with customer communication.

Support the decision-making process of respective projects.


<Other note>

Promotion planning for specific customers would be led by promotion team in Sales Department while 2 teams would collaborate and work closely.

<Key Requirements (skills, competencies, experiences, certifications) >

l  5+ years Shopper Marketing offline (BTL) experience at FMCG or consumer company, agency or production.

l  Working with multiple vendors. Experience in vendor management.

l  Demonstrate collaboration and coordination in a cross functional team

l  Self-starter with ability to work independently.

l  Strong passion to win in the competitive market / leadership to move projects ahead.

l  SMART thinker.  Analytical skills & executional excellence with discipline.

l  Skill of project management, e.g. time, stakeholder management.

l  Agility to test / assess / expand several promotion plans seeding for future. Willingness to learn online shopper behavior and tactics. Online marketing experience is not primarily required, but if the candidate has experience in online shopper marketing, it would be a big plus.

l  Business English skills in writing, verbal communication and presentation.

l  University graduate (or higher).
