SUMMARY OF JOB
As a member of the Janssen Taiwan Leadership Team, the Growth & Innovation Lead serves as a key partner to the Managing Director to support the implementation of company-wide business critical initiatives, and manages the progress of cross functional projects intended to transform Janssen Taiwan into a leading pharmaceutical company. This individual will take a key role in building a sustainable model to accelerate growth while fostering an environment of compliance to shifting regulatory and industry environments.
Monitor progress of Management Action Plans and hold MAP owners and LT members accountable for agreed upon actions.
Collaborate with local Healthcare Compliance Officer to foster an environment where all employees understand how to create an environment of compliance.
Facilitates management of Leadership meetings, including supporting presenters and teams in preparation for their discussions with the Leadership team, and following up on action items.
Facilitates company planning processes, including setting Goals & Objectives, and coordinating LRFP (Long Range Financial Plan) and BP discussions with a team of cross functional colleagues.
Ensure preparation and presentation development to regional and global Leadership teams.
Supports business critical Janssen Taiwan initiatives.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
MBA or other advanced degree is desirable.
CORE EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES:
Demonstrated ability to lead change and manage multiple demands and priorities on time, lead teams, gain alignment and driving decision making.
Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team in the analysis and synthesis of complex data, including financial and operational data and metrics.
Ability to translate data into information and strategies into executable action plans, including developing metrics and tracking status and deliverables.
High level of proficiency and experience in project management & change management.
Positive track record of leadership to drive diverse stakeholders to overcome challenges.
Effective communicator with cross-cultural understanding & agility and deep experience in Taiwan environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.
Fluent in English, native speaker of Mandarin
