Job Description


This role is to lead marketing team to develops, leads, and ensures execution of business plans to meet current and future needs and expectations from customers.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing of marketing strategies and key initiatives, optimization of marketing organization, marketer KPI development and tracking, the development of marketer talents, and lead the team:

  • Ensures brand integrity by leading efforts across multiple functions, channels and international regions to protect our brands from any attract and/or activities which may harm our patients and business partners.

  • Generates and implements new ideas and creative solutions.

  • Develops tactics to support the product line.

  • Directs and provides for new product launches and execution.

  • Plans promotional programs and services to enhance products.

  • Examines market dynamics critically to support strategic and tactical marketing plans with customer interaction.

  • Oversees profitability attainment for brand/product(s).

  • Establishes annual marketing plans for brand/product(s) and executes with product innovations.

  • Provides forecasts for product lines and updates throughout the year.

  • Utilizes market research to properly plan product activities.

  • Responsible for annual financial forecasts within product line.

  • Coordinates promotional activities with sales management.

  • Provides sales training for managed products and updates as needed.

  • Assesses continually competitive landscape and responds accordingly.

Works within regulatory guidelines to achieve goals

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor degree or above

    Experience:

  • 10+ years marketing and / or Medical experiences within pharmaceutical industry, and 5+ years at marketing manager level leading marketing team

    Professional Knowledge and Skills:

  • Professional knowledge, and competences on pharmaceutical marketing strategy and operation.

  • Leadership: competence and skills on leading and developing marketing team and people.

  • Strong business orientation, good business sense, and ability to think out of box utilizing science to create competitive advantage.

  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English (both oral and written).

  • Office software operation skills.
