This is a critical position responsible for end to end Supply Chain projects, customer collaboration, order, customer complaint and billing. The main responsibility of this position is to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations, to optimize supply chain performances, and to enable business growth compliantly.
Customer Focus:
 Lead and facilitate end to end supply chain projects to drive continous excellence in system, business model transition, warehouse & transportation movement, as well as compliance projects to meet and exceed both internal and external customers’ needs.
 Drive cross functional collaboration to understand and translate customer needs and requirements into supply chain strategies. Identify and prioritize customer centric end to end supply chain solutions.
 Lead in country customer experience survey and drive end to end SC excellence.
 Streamline the order to cash process to deliver superior customer experiences;
 Partner with local, regional and global cross functional team on new products introduction and product life cycle management.

Excellence in Execution:
 Provide consistency, guidance and leadership to the following operations (including but not limited to): projects, customer collaboration, order, customer complaint, billing, SME.
 Ensure end to end supply chain processes are supporting customer and business needs, complying to country regulations and JNJ quality requirements.
 Manage supplier relationship and performances including but not limited to call center provider.
 Train and develop CSRs for a standard Order proceeding process. Establish operation procedures and drive for relentless execution.
 Coach, develop and provide direction to assigned team members.

 Bachelor degree.
 High level of English proficency.
 Actively listening and effective communication skills.
 Above 6 years of Supply Chain related working experience, customer service and project management are big plus.
 A strong quality and compliance mindset.
 A self-starter with a willingness to take ownership and a commitment to absolute performance and growth.
