Customer Service Representative (Vision Care)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Contract: full time, Permanent contract

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for receiving, processing and recording customer orders; responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints. They will also be accountable for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and correct order processing. The team of CSR’s for J&J Vision will be responsible for daily communication with internal and external customers via telephone and e-mail.

YOUR responsibilities & YOUR impact:

  • Processing and monitoring of all email, fax, and telephone orders from internal and external customers
  • Provides updates to customers on order status and/or problem resolutions
  • Daily communication with customers via phone and email - a positive phone presence is essential!
  • Processing returns
  • Effectively managing and reporting customer complaints
  • Close cooperation with various internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide quality service and support in handling day-to-day activities of the customer service role for all customers in a perfect manner

  • Very good computer skills (in particular, with the Microsoft Office suite of software - Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with an ERP system (ideally, SAP or JDE)
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Business proficient English
  • A high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under time pressure, with high organization skills and a proactive approach
  • Focus on teamwork
  • Experience of working in a customer service role, ideally within a regulated industry
  • A high standard of communication and proactive approach to problem-solving
