Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Customer Development Executive located in Maidenhead.


Responsible for a portfolio within a large account, with direct responsibility for driving profitability whilst maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting into a Senior Customer Development Manager
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivery of specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets - TS, A&P, NTS, Net GP)
  • Full forecasting and spend management for your GFO responsibilities, making accurate forecasts to your business team and CS&P contacts
  • Building positive relationships with your customers, and representing your customers’ requirements to the J&J business
  • Continue building your product, brand and category knowledge
  • Building a strong knowledge of the market and keeping track of the market activity to share information regarding changes or new activity in the marketplace 

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

  • FMCG or Pharmacy experience for a min of 1 full business cycle
  • Understanding of the core business functions with the ability to work in cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrates the ability to link information from multiple data sources to form a comprehensive business case and to take action
  • Conducts hypothesis-driven analysis to focus analytical efforts
  • Monitors the effectiveness of execution strategies and measures return on investment post-execution to enhance quality of future plans/activities

Business Effectiveness

  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of basic financial processes, tools and metrics (profit and loss, gross profit, return on promotional spend, etc.) relevant to company and customer business
  • Understands the business planning process, including development, implementation, score-carding, and monitoring steps
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of market drivers, channels, and competitive conditions
  • Utilizes financial tools to find opportunities that increase business growth, reduce waste, drive efficiency, and enhance profitability
  • • Partners with customer supply chain and tracks key metrics to drive improved service level
