Major Duties & Responsibilities
As the Digital commercial service lead sitting in China, this role needs to well understand the business needs, also well know the technical trend of digital.
This position responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
The successful candidate will work directly with Business Unit ITs to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget, will need to well understand the business needs, to make sure the outcome will fully fulfill the requirements, also he/she will coordinate with all aspects of parties to work together, to contribute maximum values to our business development.
Design Thinking approach to re-engineer business requirements, based on well understand the business needs
Assure solution deliverable with Agile methodology as well as managing digital products through its lifecycle in DevOps manner
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years working experience in appropriate field of study and equivalent work experience
Proven working experience in project management
Well understand the digital technology trends
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
