Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliver and drive the delivery of HR strategic initiatives and plans to support business strategy
  • Be a Business Partner with business leaders for HR matters; consult the areas of talent management and development, performance management, change management, succession planning, salary planning, competency development and talent retention


1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business administration is a plus

2. Skills and Competencies required:  

- Strategic HR Planning Change Management

- Good communication & negotiation skills
- People management skill
- Initiative, mature, agile, and well-organized
