Job Description

Customer engagement
  • Builds and maintains an effective relationship & partnership with the Customer’s Supply Chain functions and supports and coordinates with the commercial functions of J&J in their interactions with the Customer. 
  • Identifies expectations by the Customer and creates process, in collaboration with J&J key stakeholders to effectively meet them.
  • Collaborate with all Johnson & Johnson internal functions that service the Global/Regional Customer, in particular Customer Development, using your Supply Chain expertise and network as appropriate.
Continuous improvement
  • Actively engages with key stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities that service the vision and objectives of the Customer Connect program.
  • Supports major Customer specific initiatives requiring end-to-end supply chain professional contribution
  • Supports best practice through pro-active sharing of solutions and ideas within the Customer Connect team.
Project Leadership
  • Lead approved initiatives both for their Customer Connect Program relationship as well as in support of the full Customer Connect scope of partners.
  • Communicates fully and as appropriate with the Project Champions associated with the project lead the process to identify and manage risk.
Internal Collaboration
  • Collaborates with Country supply chain team on a regular basis to ensure the customer connect objectives and customer expectation are met locally. Continuously collaboration
  • Actively engages Customer Development (CD) in relation to drive business objective and Customer Connect objectives alignment
  • Analysis, organizes and presents information that ensures understanding of Customer desires, wishes, collaboration initiatives, budget implications, cost to serve and service performance

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience considered, with strong supply chain and leadership experience
  • A minimum of 6 to 7 years of combined experiences in supply chain management/ customer facing role. Knowledge of planning, material master, logistic, customer service and distribution in FMCG
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – proficiency in written and oral English is required
  • Innovative mindset, crisis management, project management, change management, knowledge management, technology and data management, quality mindset, global mindset, influencing, analytics and problem solving, decision making, compliance orientation, business case development, and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as both a team player and a team leader, able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships, work successfully within a team environment, proactive team player, able to take charge and follow-through.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work and thrive in a multi-cultural environment, as well as an ability to work in a matrix environment are required.
  • Having Flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever- changing supply chain environment and organization development driven.
  • Experience of with SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP APO, EDI, CPFR and related field, sales, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, and/or call center environment will be an advantage.
