Job Description


Customers Development and Customer Key Contact (Local Key Accounts, Distributors). Assist to develop and execute sales strategies in achieving business goals and driving strategic, sustainable growth.


  •          Achieve Sales performance and manage product portfolio of assigned accounts
  •          Deliver against Key Call objectives (mainly in outdoor works)
  •          Submit territory and cycle plan reports that include qualitative and quantitative information on relevant customer and market issues
  •          Build strong relationships with accounts to develop the ongoing business
  •          Install and provides follow-up of marketing and trade marketing support programs in selected accounts
  •          Follow credo and HCC principles in day to day execution



  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 2 years' sales experience is preferable( less experience will be considered)
  • Willing to work at outdoor, be proactive, good team player, responsible & innovative with strong commitment to drive good business result
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill in both English and Chinese
