l Responsible for leading sales strategy, planning and implementation of assigned online retailer for delivering targeted sales growth.
l Identify business opportunities with assigned retailers/projects through study of ecommerce trend and its business model.
【Role Duty & Responsibilities】
Develop and implement key customer strategies to achieve sales targets
l Develop annual sales plan of e-Commerce business of assigned online retailer
l Deliver implementation excellence in trade activation working with external/internal stakeholders.
l Daily operation in optimizing 'traffic x conversion x basket size' and ‘Trial x Repeat x Price
l Provide input into sales forecast
l Build solid relationships with trade customers and wholesalers.
Target / Spending Management
l Monitor sales results and KPI of assigned retailer/project and adjust sales and investment plans as appropriate to achieve goals
Identify and develop growth opportunities
l Capture sales opportunity and take prompt action to maximize the growth
l Get appropriate support and alignment by managers and key stakeholders to drive the opportunity.
l Ideally 3+ years e-Commerce experience or 3+ years account management
l Has track record of growing e-Commerce business through e-Retailers
l Experiencing in flagship store and/or Direct-to-Consumer model is preferred.
