Employee and Labor Relations Admin with German (Part-time)
Location: Prague
Part-time, unlimited contract

Join us to start or develop your career in Human Resources with this interesting opportunity! As the ERLR Administration Specialist you will be supporting resolutions of all the ER/LR cases within your regional scope, providing their administrative support, handling customer requests and resolving them together with the ERLR Professionals. Your responsibilities & Your Impact:

  • Receiving, assigning, updating, classifying, and processing the ER/LR cases
  • Defining if ERLR Analyst resolution is possible or support from the ERP is required
  • Updating the knowledge management system with new available documents or guidelines
  • Determining mitigation methods to resolve problems within acceptable timeframes, and routing or escalating inquiries as appropriate 
  • Providing investigation support
  • Taking notes during investigation meetings, interviewing witnesses to gather or validate information per ERP request, and validating interview details and facts
  • Assessing the results of the investigation or gather information needed for the implementation of disciplinary measures
  • Creating documentation of the discipline measures
  • Collating performance data & other supporting information
  • Providing advisory support and documentation to Managers and key stakeholders
  • Drafting letter notifications and summary reports
  • Communicating and interacting efficiently with customers and team members; develop credibility and build relationships based on mutual respect and trust with customers, supervisors, and team members
  • Identifying Employee Relations Administration areas for improvement on daily operational processes. Provide support to implement these initiatives by highlighting and discussing key changes /improvement programs with the ERLR Analyst Team Lead

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
  • Customer orientation and customer service skills
  • Discretion, professionalism, confidentiality and fair judgment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German language
  • Continuous Improvement and Learning mindset
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is an advantage
