·       Inputs standard orders received from internal and external customers.

·       Responds to basic customer queries.

Investigates and resolves routine customer problems.

·       Escalates more complex issues.
·       Assists with setting up new accounts in database.
    Arranges for returns and credits to customer accounts, as directed.
·       Follows up with customers on order status and/or problem resolutions.
Maintains a log of all calls, query details and response.
