  • Inputs standard orders received from internal and external customers.

  • Responds to basic customer queries.
  • Investigates and resolves routine customer problems.
  • Escalates more complex issues.
  •  Assists with setting up new accounts in database.
  • Arranges for returns and credits to customer accounts, as directed.
  • Follows up with customers on order status and/or problem resolutions. 
  • Maintains a log of all calls, query details and response.   



Academic Training and Knowledge

Academic Training:  Professional Training

IT knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office

Languages:  High level of English + Spanish, Portuguese is an Advantage
