J&J Medical Switzerland is recruiting for a Manager Customer Services, located in Zuchwil (CH).

The Manager Customer Services will provide leadership, management and development to the Customer Service Team to meet and exceed business objectives in a dynamic customer services environment. This will be achieved through effective mentoring, training, managing, motivating and developing of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an excellent Customer Experience
  • Lead and shape the Customer Services Team
  • Achieve the KPIs and service level agreements in order to support the Commercial Team in their objectives
  • Implement cost controls to drive efficiency
  • Drive analytics and digital
  • Comply with all policies, standards and regulations

Qualifications
  • BA/BS required, MA/MBA preferred
  • 8+ years experience in a Management Function
  • Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Knowledge of the Health Care Sector and/or Medical Devices Sector
  • Solid understand of Order-to-Invoice processes and systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of Customer Experience in an increasingly digital environment
  • Fluent in German and English
