Are you self-motivated and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and solution driven environment? If so, you could be our next Admin & Office Coordinator for our Vision Care division at Johnson & Johnson. Reporting to the National Key Account Manager you’ll have the opportunity to work within a small, supportive team who’s focus is Vision Care range and to bringing the ACUVUE® brands to life with Eye Care Professionals. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, based in Ultimo.

You will support the Field and Office Sales teams with administrative support, account payable, processing orders, and sales reporting among other things. The successful candidate will bring great excel skills, have attention to detail, sense of urgency and positive energy. This is a full-time role based in our Ultimo office. This role will provide you with scope to make the role your own, bringing your own flare and innovation, all that while working with a supportive and engaged team that makes a difference in people’s lives daily.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role will include but will not be limited to: 
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, shipping samples and customer service requests.
  • Assisting in marketing coordinator duties for marketing objectives, visual merchandising, trade shows, conferences, display and promotional activities.
  • Provide sales reports for our Field and Office Sales teams to help with forecasting, products and purchase orders, pricing reviews, and any other ad hoc reporting as required.
  • Competitor Intel: Management of data entry and organisation of historical and current competitor info/pricing.
  • Booking travel, taking meeting minutes, ordering stock, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and general office duties as required.
