What are you going to do?

The Science & Business Fellowship (SBF) is aimed at the early recruitment of the best available young biotech talents. Each year a selection of five to eight young, excellent scientific talents with recent PhD degrees and an interest that goes beyond research itself will start an intensive and demanding two year internal scientific training program within Janssen.

As an employee at Janssen you are considered as the most valuable asset. We take your career very seriously. As part of a global team in an innovative environment your development is key and our day-to-day responsibility.

The Ideal Candidate

You finished a PhD in the field of Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Molecular Biology, Immunology or similar. Next to being an experienced researcher you have a feeling for the commercial, business, and leadership related aspects of the field as well.

  • Interested in commercial, business, and leadership related aspects
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Strong communicative and interpersonal skills

At the end of this Fellowship you will be able to continue your (scientific) leadership career within Janssen. There is no pre-determined path that you have to follow, as your development will depend on your personal interests and ambitions and the possibilities available.
