We are seeking a Product Manager for our DePuy Synthes business – supporting Craniomaxillofacial (CMF)
Key areas of responsibility:
Responsible for the development of product portfolio brand strategies and drive the planning and execution of marketing initiatives
Build differentiated and well positioned brands that Identify and address customer segments and targets, e.g. portfolio segmentation strategy development and execution
Drive portfolio rationalization and prioritization
Lead the communication on portfolio strategies that maximize brand profitability and market share
Demonstrate strong collaboration and connections within the wider organisation
Identify customer needs & develop product and procedure insights to understand health care market trends and competitor strategies
Build and maintain relationships with KOLs
Actively build strong customer relationships to deepen customer understanding
Leverage multiple sources of competitive intelligence (global, regional and local)
Be the product expert and point of contact for product portfolio and take ownership of sales forecasts
Manage the product portfolio with financial and business acumen to achieve business plan goals
Analyze and improve top and bottom line performance of product portfolio
Evaluate new business opportunities and deliver effective product forecasting and launch plans
Own portfolio launch plans to drive sustainable product portfolio growth, including the management of pricing strategies to drive positive price, volume and mix
Collaborate proactively with regional and country partners to deliver successful product plans and initiatives
Manage planned marketing budget and financial performance
Develop clear marketing messages that influence internal and external stakeholder behaviour
Own the product portfolio communications within the organisation
Build and “sell” a clear, concise and compelling story for product portfolio
Proactively communicate with and deliver value to diverse stakeholders
Support and deliver required training and strategic direction across the business
Support and drive close collaboration with the UK&IRL / EMEA Marketing teams and support functions (Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Pricing, Market Access, ProfEd/SLD)
- Act as a role model for J&J Credo values at all times. Demonstrate honesty and ethical behaviour in all areas of responsibility
Maintain thorough familiarity with your detailed personal Health & Safety responsibilities as described in the Company’s Health & Safety policy

Ensure compliance to the Company’s product complaint process
Willingness to travel, and attend meetings as required
