LEAD, Training Effectiveness, Optimization and Metrics

Location: Prague or Manila

Full-time, unlimited contract

Who are we looking for?

The LEAD, Training Effectiveness, Optimization and Metrics will be responsible to apply standardized methods to training evaluation effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), voice of the customer (VOC) information, metrics, key performance indicators and develops global insights/ trends in partnership with Training Strategy and Instructional Design and Development Teams.  Collaborates and aligns with Project Management Office (PMO), Continuous Improvement (CI) team and Service Performance Reporting (SPR) to optimize training partnership process and forecast critical projects and initiatives that will require steady state training support.  The incumbent will identify, prioritize and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and optimize Training Strategy and Instructional Design and Development service delivery.  The incumbent is expected to be collaborative, inclusive, flexible and adaptive working across time zones with remote colleagues and stakeholders. 

Your Responsibilities & Your Impact:

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of training related experience.
  • Ability to establish and communicate metrics, KPIs, and training effectiveness measurements is required
  • Experience in development and reporting of analytics, metrics to measure performance and drive data-based decisions/ recommendations for the organization is required.
  • Collaborative and employee and customer-focused mindset is required.
  • Deliver exceptional service through tools and processes; experience suggesting and implementing areas for improvement to optimize service and/or processes is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with detailed support and assistance is required.
  • Understanding and practical application of adult learning principles, ADDIE Model, Kirkpatrick evaluation model, LMS are required.  
  • Experience in Shared Services company is preferred
  • Experience working in a regional or global environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrates enterprise mindset, with understanding of global focus and appreciation for regional differences required.
  • Excellent relationship management and listening skills are required.
  • Understanding and application of basic project management and continuous improvement tools and practices to implement optimization initiatives, is required.  
  • Inclusive, flexible and adaptive working across time zones with remote colleagues and stakeholders is required.
  • This position will require approximately 10%- 15% of domestic and international travel, as needed.
