Part A: Definition

- Manages sales team on the assigned account. Provides leadership, guidance and customer product expertise to the sales team. Meets or exceeds established sales goals through the implementation of sales activities.

- Ensure the achievement of sales KPI in GT business that is in the initial stage of business.

- Co-promotion development & execution in cooperation with Category Activation team and Buyers (Distributors)


Part B: Principal Responsibilities

- Establishes individual sales goals and ensure to achieve the goals

- Ensures sales activities should be treated in compliance with all national, local and company regulations, policies and procedures.

- Collects and utilizes all necessary marketing information. Provides account support and administration to increase company products presence with accounts.

- Creates daily, weekly, monthly activity and productivity reports. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased

- Productivity and sales on both a group and individual level.

- Assists sales representatives with questions and supports customers requiring additional assistance.

- Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.

- Works closely with channel manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives.



- Bachelor’s degrees or above.

- Minimum 3 years experience in consumer goods business are preferred

- Basic understanding of marketing & business planning

- Driver’s license

- MS Office skill s (Excel, PPT, Word) proficiency

- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

- Good inter-personal relationship

- Proactive & positive & innovative mind

- Good communication & negotiation skill

- Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
