Role Overview

Generation of business growth versus previous year and achieve 100% of the sales goal as planned quarterly and annually.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve the Business Plan in the core and the focus group through the day to day Market activities
  • Accurately communicate all technical specifications
  • Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely
  • Continuously expand knowledge necessary to represent our complete product line to all customer segments in a professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
  • Conduct in-service training on company products to HCPs (surgeons and nurses)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with all products by providing education in proper product application, features functions and benefits.
  • Develop a network of KOLs through the region.
  • Manage business relationships and external/internal customer communications in a cooperative, timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
  • Work cooperatively with the rest of the team
  • Always remain in compliance with company guidelines

Main performance measures

  • Achieve 100% of the Business Plan by the end of each quarter and the year.
  • Achieve Growth and increase the penetration rate for the NPI products
  • 100% adaption on the one force .
  • Communications are made in a cooperative, timely, accurate and transparent manner.
  • Continuously expand knowledge necessary to represent our complete product line to all customer segments in a professional manner.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or Medical Science
  • Experience in Medical Device industry, Knowledge of healthcare system, Scrubbing technique
  • Fluent in English
  • Dubai and North Emirates Experience is highly recommended
