Based from Auckland, you’ll manage our – Auckland city and wider Auckland district territory. In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies within your territory to achieve sales and merchandising targets. This includes negotiation at the store level, monitoring sales performance by customer and ensuring compliance to agreed customer activities, ensuring products and point of sale materials are displayed for maximum impact in store and timely and accurate management of the customer relationship management system.

Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Previous Pharmacy or Grocery channel experience as a Territory Sales Manager
  • Experience working in a corporate environment would be advantageous
  • Your self-drive and ability to effectively manage your own time
  • Independently problem solve and create solutions
  • Identify opportunities for business growth
  • Possession of astute commercial business acumen
  • Well-honed analytical skills and budget management
