Overall purpose of job:

This person will responsible lead commercial planning and review process across Retail Environments (REs), translating category plans into RE execution guidelines and drive retail execution with excellence across REs.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

·       Leads Monthly Commercial Meeting process

·       Leads Commercial Policy, Terms & Conditions Structure

·       Develops Customer Segmentation, Retail Environment (RE) investment priorities and RE Activity grids

·       Develops & Deploy 5P by RE execution guidelines (including Revenue Growth Management objectives)

·       Owns CIW budgets and TIE ROI process including

·       Leads Gap planning and alignment with management

·       S&OP communication and alignment with supply chain

·       Ensure necessary controls as per internal audit requirements

·       Previous experience (local and/or regional) in Trade/Customer Marketing an added advantage


·           Proven track record (3-5yrs) in building sales and share across multiple FMCG Retail Environments

·           Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate trade/customer/shopper insights and strategies into strong go-to-market priorities and execution plans

·           Ability to build, align, communicate & execute effective retail execution frameworks

·           Ability to engage senior cross-functional stakeholders to shape and align commercial objectives, systems and processes

·           Self-motivated with strong operational discipline to deliver against financial budgets, timelines and ROI objectives
