<General Summary>

This person will lead a project of New Product Innovation launch or Demand Generation to develop and implement holistic marketing strategies and communication planning in order to build long-term brand equity and to achieve business target. It is expected that the person will take into account consumer, shopper, professional and other required stakeholders in line with company business strategy and goal. This person will be closely working with Consumer & Digital Marketing lead as well as global marketing team.

In addition, this person will be responsible for agency management including brand, media and digital for maximizing their capability, quality of work, efficiency to support the company business target as much as they can.


<Duties & Responsibilities>

l  As a right-hand of Consumer & Digital Marketing Senior Manager, lead, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and executions of New Product Innovation or Demand Generation to achieve required KGI/ KPI in line with company business strategy and goal. 

l  Support Senior manager to set digital marketing strategy and build digital capabilities, including creating personalized targeted communication assets for defined high value audiences, using real-time data analytics to manage precision marketing in an agile manner.

l  Supervise Associate manager or Specialist for the defined area, i.e. IMC planning & development, Key contents creation. The scope will be re agreed with Senior manager.

l  Work closely with cross functional members including C3PD, Product marketing, Shopper marketing, IBI (Analytics), GSI, Communications and Sales.

l  Manage both ACUVUE® and Johnson & Jonson Vision brand equity and expected to build a close relationship with global marketing under Global Consumer Experience team.


<Key Requirements (skills, competencies, experiences, certifications)>

l  More than 5 years consumer/ brand marketing experiences at FMCG or other consumer industry, consulting company or brand agency.

l  Management experience of one brand or category is required

l  Proactive self-starting strategist with a sense of responsibility and accountability to lead and deliver required strategies and executions in a cross functional team

l  Strong leadership with massive passion to drive / implement innovative executions to win in the dynamic and competitive market

l  A good motivator with proactive communication skills and influencing capabilities to engage, energize and harmonize people as a team beyond the function

l  Business-level English in writing, verbal communication and presentation is must
