Position: Key Account Manager
1. Develop and implement yearly account plan/monthly promotion plan to achieve sales goal.
2. Co-work with cross-functional teams to maximize the sales impact.
3. Promotion evaluation and utilize trade spending appropriately to maximize ROI
4. Manage customer/channel conflicts and maintain customer relationship.
5. Find business opportunity to ensure long term key account business success.
In terms of experience
- Industry must be FMCG, especially grocery categories. (Not electronics, luxury, tobacco/ alcohol).
- Solid account management experience with proven ability in sales achievement, customer relationship and strategic thinking.
- Ability to analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities
- Good negotiation skill and problem solving skill
- Good command of computer skills and presentation skill
- Good command in English
- Operation discipline & can manage ambiguity and high uncertainty business environment
- Detail & Hands on due to things will be done across multiple counterparts in customer sides
- Strong communication skill and capability to face high pressure
