<General Summary>

Will be responsible to lead developing and implementing strategy/planning of ACUVUE® Online Store and its flawless execution in line with company strategy to effectively achieve business goals. Require partnering with local multifunctional team and global counterpart to ensure all the executions to be comprehensive enough in its unique regional environment, having both B2C and B2B2C aspects in one channel.

This person will be also responsible to work closely with VX operation team and other VX product owners (MyACUVUE+., Subscription) to help planning/ developing activities as well as managing digital media agency for maximizing the performance to support the ACUVUE® Online Store business as much as possible.


<Duties & Responsibilities>

l  Lead developing and implementing strategy/planning of ACUVUE® Online Store with manager’s support.

l  Manage the execution of annual plans in quality, ensure all messages are consistent to ACUVUE® brand and deliver business target

l  Analyze business trend, assess performance vs. plan and manage expectation (e.g.) anticipates need for plan adjustment, recommend changes to upcoming plans in order to achieve goal based on analysis and feedback

l  Manage sudden events happening unexpectedly by understanding the situation calmly, proposing solution proactively and taking appropriate actions with agility with help of multifunctional team

l  Work closely and collaboratively with cross functional partners and lead the team to properly deliver all execution on time in quality

l  Work collaboratively with other VX product owners and operation team to best leverage all available platforms

l  Work closely with digital media agencies to maximize their performance to drive consistent business results.

l  Manage BME/EITF and provide input for effective and accurate spending

l  Periodically communicate with global Connected Commerce team and IT team to share local business status, request local market needs and gain best practice/learning to leverage in region


<Key Requirements (skills, competencies, experiences, certifications) >

Professional Experiences

l  More than 5 years of experience in digital marketing/e-commerce/eCRM related work at multinational consumer goods, luxury brand, consumer health/health care companies and e-commerce industries.

l  Experienced in building relationship with cross-functional and multinational stakeholders

l  Exceptional leadership and effective communication capability to harmonize and motivate team

l  Be accountable to deliver assigned tasks / projects without any delay while properly engaging cross-functional stakeholders

l  Proven ability to identify issues and opportunities and deliver effective strategy and solution to generate results

l  Basic knowledge in strategic marketing planning (including analytics), branding, product messaging for consumer, digital, shopper and professional, execution fundamentals, and project managements

l  Can deal under high pressure situations and manage multiple priorities

l  Flexible with changes and willing to learn & adapt new things / new ways of working

l  Business level English communication skill (writing, reading and speaking) required

l  BA/BS degree (or higher) required
