TASKS

 

Responsible for receiving and storing of medical equipment and finished goods.

Also, shipments, Orthokit’s and finished products to sales warehouse and distributors.

 

 

REPORTING TO

 

Warehouse Supervisor in Portugal

 

 

MAIN DUTIES

 

 

·       Checks in merchandise received at warehouse.

 

·       Prepares log of missing products for future follow up.

 

·       Checks inventory on system to ensure product availability and notes where items are not in stock.

 

·       Verifies correct products and merchandise has been pulled for shipping.

 

·       Updates computer system changes to inventory.

 

·       Conducts physical inventory counts and logs data into system.

 

·       Organizes documentation and updates system with relevant data.

Qualifications
Essential requirements

 

Education and Training

 

High School/Secondary Education or Equivalent.

Preferably studies in Logistics.

Requirements

Work experience at operations, administration & logistics

Other skills and abilities:

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint);

·       Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills;

·       Can drive process improvements;
