University Recruiter with Italian
Location: Prague

Contract: full time, 12 months contract


Johnson & Johnson is building University Hiring team – hiring top early talents at universities in Europe. Do you want to become part of this newly forming team? We are looking for University Recruiter taking care of end to end recruitment for diverse internships, trainee programs or graduate roles for Johnson & Johnson in Europe while being based in Prague.

Main tasks:
  • Work on the complete end to end recruitment process for University hiring – internships, trainee programs or graduate roles
  • Participate on all activities connected with University recruitment – promotion of Johnson & Johnson within the university landscape – social media etc., posting roles, sourcing for applicants, prescreening, testing, video interviews, as well as offer management
  • Collaborate within the whole University Hiring team – based in Prague as well as around Europe
  • Business partnering with hiring managers, HR Business Partners etc. on creating staffing plans, developing strategies and implementing agreed action plans
  • Managing our systems to ensure data integrity at all times, as well as expense management for candidates travelling to assessment centers
  • Ensuring all follow up on recruitment is done in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain positive candidate experience through the whole process


Crucial requirements for candidates:

  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience – previous experience with University/ Early Talent/ Internship recruitment is preferred
  • Fluent Italian & English (spoken and written) is required
  • Fluent Portuguese is preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards etc.)
  • Ability to handle peak times in university recruitment, managing the projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills
  • Project management skills
