HR Advisor with Slovak, Czech & English

Are you willing to work in a Shared Services center organization, a multinational company with a strong background? We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR Services team on a position as HR Advisor. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive team player, who would like to work in open-minded and friendly HR Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for junior candidates who want to get their first experience in the HR field.

As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for administration of HR Employee Database, for providing administrative support across the Czech Republic and Slovakia from Hire to Retire (e.g. Onboarding, Personal Data Changes, Maternity and Parental Leave, Benefits, Job and Compensation Changes, Terminations) that includes also scanning of the documents, preparing employees files and uploading them into the internal system.

The HR Advisor is preparing employment contracts and other HR documents (e.g. termination letters or contract amendments), providing regular reporting activities and ensuring correct record (employee files) management as per legal or company requirements.

You will share knowledge/information with the team on regular basis to achieve best practice and resolving of administrative issues quickly and effectively. In this role, you will also work with stakeholders, such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll or HRBP on daily basis to achieve better cooperation, to gather E2E process overview and to provide better customer service to J&J employees.

You'll be responsible for the following tasks and projects:

  • Administration of HR Employee Database in the Workday system and associated tools.
  • Administration of personal files of all Czech and Slovak employees.
  • Preparation of various employment related documents when necessary.
  • Creation of documentation, handbooks and Job Aids related to HR Services processes.
  • Proper record management as per legal or company requirements.
  • Improving of record management practices of HR Services Team in order to comply with legal and internal company´s requirements. 
  • Updating various HRS documentation (policies, rules, Job Aids, guides, webtext on HR Portal, FYB Portal)
  • Possible business trips to Slovakia office (Bratislava) – max. on monthly bases. 
  • Professional and effective communication and interaction with stakeholders, such as TA, Payroll, HRBP to achieve better cooperation, to gather E2E process overview and to provide better customer service to J&J employees customers.
