Profile Summary

The Content Standards & Quality Analyst is responsible for the execution of all activities related to content quality assurance, ensuring that all content adheres to our global standards. This role with all also be responsible for key operational and governance activities for the Content Strategy Team including maintenance of the GS Content Strategy Playbook & Style Guide and developing and maintaining reporting and metrics. The overall objective of this role is to enable the Content Strategy Team to ensure that content is developed in a standard way to ensure that information is findable, actionable, consistent and channel agnostic.


  • Ensure content templates and standards are built, maintained, and consistently utilized
  • Work with Content Manager to set and implement guidelines around the use of and contribution to the knowledge base and other meaningful platforms, setting standards for content lifecycle, roles and responsibilities and overarching governance model
  • Execute ongoing content quality checks and periodic content audits
  • Act as key authority on content management process and technology and as key escalation point for issues that need resolution
  • Develop and lead analytics focused on content quality/usage and operations, working with Content Strategy Managers and other partners to drive actionable insights
  • Maintain content strategy playbook and style guide to drive governance and consistency within each content segment
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities to improve content strategy services by reviewing and revising operational processes, policies and standard operating procedures
  • As needed, build, publish and update content across all content segments including portal content, process documentation, policies and contact center guides, across all relevant platforms, adhering to specifications in the Content Strategy Playbook and Style Guide
  • Identify and prioritize system and process improvement opportunities working with partners in Business Solutions Enablement
  • Handle requests for content manager and knowledge reviewer access to Salesforce


Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Area of Study: BA/BS in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain or comparable.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • More that 4 years of progressive Knowledge and Content Management experience, with a focus on technology, process and analytics
  • Effective and strong partnership and relationship building skills with key stakeholders
  • Experience developing business requirements and working with business and technology partners
  • Uncompromising dedication to client and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to present and interact with the business leaders
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities, identify risks, assess implications, formulate recommendations, and drive sound decisions that deliver results
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with content management and analytics tools
  • Business analysis and project management experience
  • Design Thinking experience
  • Basic understanding of User Experience principles
  • Experience in a shared services organization (e.g. HR, Finance, Procurement, or Contact Center)
