Role Purpose:

You will provide administrative support to the Ethicon Synthes Sales Force, Marketing and Commercial Teams. You will be organising internal meetings / travel arrangement, sample shipment, venue booking and payment. You will be the first point of contact for general administration duties as the franchise requires and supporting all administrative functions when required. Responsible for managing and maintaining employee address list, telephone list, organisational chart and distribution lists.

 
Key areas of responsibility:
  • General Administration – Direct and continuous support for the UK Sales, Marketing & Commercial Force
  • Project Support - accountable for monitoring selected events and ensuring these are on track, on budget and on time
  • Logistical support for meetings and events onsite and offsite
  • Managing company expenses
  • Responsible for booking HCP Travel and Accommodation in-line with HCC Guidelines
  • Calendar Management of Interactive Meeting Rooms
  • Meeting Room Booking upon request
  • Asset Management (iPhones & iPads)
  • Address Book Management for the Sales Force
  • Communication - responsible for effective and coordinated communications to internal stakeholders
  • Travel Requirements - although this position is an office-based role, some occasional travel will be required within the UK
