Policy and Strategy Development
•Work with other ATR Teams to ensure that policies and procedures are discussed accordingly to achieve levels of standardization and best practices.

Account-to-Report Management
•Perform the end-to-end activities in specific Global Account-to-Report processes according to WWp
•Ensure that team activities follow proper procedures in accordance with corporate company accounting policies.
•Deploy or communicate changes in corporate company accounting policies and guidelines. Provide assessment of impact of change if applicable.
•Proactively identify, rectify and follow-up errors and causes of errors.
•Ensure timeliness, accuracy and quality of work and service by ATR team through regular review, checks and approval.
•Resolve complex or critical process issues which go beyond ATR team member’s capabilities.
•Manage risks through mitigation and escalation.
•Oversee the daily, monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process and coordinate with respective parties as required (e.g. other teams, customer contact).

Internal and External Representation
•Represent the ATR functions for GS-Finance and lead change efforts into GS-Finance for ATR area within the functions/cluster identified.
•Work closely together with other Process Managers and Team Leads to ensure best possible communication and interaction between the processes.
•Develop, build and maintain relationships with all markets and business sector(s) within the functions/clusters identified which serviced by GS-Finance.

Continuous Improvement
•Lead identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovate solutions and system enhancements so the team can operate in an efficient and cost effective manner.
•Focus on simplification, standardization, quality improvement and cost minimization of process
•Proactive involvement in determining and implementing best practices.
•Drive implementation of business process improvement initiatives to the team as required.

Team Performance
•Ensure team members have the appropriate skills, supporting tools and technologies to enable them to deliver excellent customer service.
•Provide leadership, coaching, training and guidance team so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard.
•Manage and monitor team performance on a regular basis to ensure that service levels and targets as defined in Service Level Agreements are met; and take corrective action when required.

Work planning and Resource Allocation
•Develop and manage work schedules and activities, back up procedures and staffing requirements to ensure coverage at all times.
•Pro-actively allocate resources as required, including job rotation and cross training to facilitate knowledge sharing.
•Create an environment that allows team members to grow and be continuously challenged.

Team Development
•Develop, manage and adjust ATR team goals.
•Assist in recruitment, retention and motivation of staff as required.

Qualifications
•University degree in finance related field or equivalent
•Professional certification (e.g. CPA) desirable
•At least 4-6 years' experience in the ATR function
•At least 2-3 years' in a management or supervisory role
•Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable
•Read/Write/Speak fluent English
•Ability to work on Europe shift hours
