Revenue Process Specialist 

Location: Prague

Full time, permanent contract

As a Revenue Process Specialist, you will have the following areas of responsibility:

  • Financial and Accounting activities across Revenue Recognition process for Medical Devices in EMEA region
  • Coordination of Reserves and Rebates calculations, quarterly review of trend
  • Historical analysis of revenue balance across EMEA region
  • Revenue process knowledge owner towards the team and stakeholders
  • Review & control daily and closing tasks of Revenue Analysts, implementing process improvements 
  • Support Automation and Finance improvement initiatives
  • Supporting Team Lead with Internal & External Audit requests 
  • Participating on the Revenue Process management, leading the team meetings
  • Provide and coordinate knowledge transfer & training 


You are the perfect candidate for us if you:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Min. 3 years working experience in Financial Accounting (General Ledger, Analysis, Audit, etc.)
  • Strong Finance and Accounting knowledge
  • Advanced in English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is a must
  • Knowledge of SAP and JDE advantage
  • Knowledge of SQL is a big advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under time pressure
  • Customer orientation (building and maintaining strong relationship with J&J senior management)
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to work with people at different levels and in remote locations
  • Self-motivated, deadline oriented, organized, dedicated, hands-on team player with excellent problem-solving skills and adaptable to dynamic environment
