The Digital Analytics Specialist (DAS) will ensure all our Digital Interactions with Customers are supported by a strong analytics foundation. He/she will partner with local and regional experts to build an aligned monitoring for our Digital Interactions. The “Janssen Medical Cloud” (JMC) ecosystem analysis and reporting development per each Business Unit (BU) aligned to the overall strategic deployment.


He/She will be crucial for supporting the organization to fully take advantage of the new JMC solution from an analytics perspective and to make JMC the cornerstone of Janssen’s Multichannel Ambition.



The DAS as part of the Analytics Team will work closely with Business Insight Managers, Multichannel Team, and Platforms Team to ensure alignment, harmonization and best practices, integrating digital analytical solutions to business challenges.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Active involvement with key stakeholders such as BIMs, Multichannel Team, Platforms Team, HCBI, IT, around data management and alignment on local especificities;
  • Close collaboration with the Analytics Team;
  •  Interprets market model requirements with data received from regions;
  • Interprets analyses and articulates outputs for Potential business cases;
  • Coordinates with other functions to monitor and analyse some KPIs;
  • Transfers knowledge & drives the roll-out of new and existing analytical solutions to the organization by maintaining a core set of training materials;
  • Pro-actively looks for innovative analytical methods and solutions beyond the classic dashboards;
  • Responsible for providing advanced analytical solutions including machine learning, artificial intelligence and predictive analysis that aligns with business insight needs, are forward looking, and use tools and methods to track, report and analyse results;
  • Ensure safety reporting requirements (timely AE/PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and appropriately managed when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors;
  • Ensure HCC and legal requirements (Fair Market Value, Transfer of Value rules, Promotional Materials rules) are fully understood, appropriately managed and complied with when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors;
  • Ensure inspection readiness with respect to personal training compliance, and availability of recent CV and individualized Job Description;
  • Report all suspected adverse reactions, serious or non serious, I may be aware of within a maximum of 24 hours after being aware of it and communicate it to the Pharmacovigilance Department



  • Bachelors or master degree in a related field with strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required (business, economics/econometrics, engineering, operations research, applied mathematics, statistics);
  • Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, core business questions and related data sets;
  • Experience with digital health solutions for HCPs;
  • Experience in Digital/ Multichannel Analytics with 2+ years of experience working in a digital/marketing/multichannel analytics role (a track record of customer journey analytics and/ or marketing automation solution is a plus);
  • Strong experience in Data Management;
  • Strong analytical experience, business acumen and technical skills;
  • Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset;
  • Networker - reaching out and collaborating with other departments;
  • Has worked with internal CRM data and external digital analytics sources (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics);
  • Customer centric behaviour is a must with internal customers and external ones as well;
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence.
