【Vision Care】Digital Transformation Senior manager

l This is a newly created position in order to build digital capability in JJ Vision Care organization. She/He will take a critical role to equip and transform JJ Vision Care as a digital savvy organization. She/He will lead our precision marketing capabilities and roadmap development and improve ACUVUE’s online presence and digital marketing capability.
Duties & Responsibilities
l Lead the data acquisition strategy development including identification of High Value Audience and define consumer journey in online behavior, which will benefit Consumer Demand Generation team to operate the consumer precision marketing program in high accuracy, targeting the consumer along their journey into contact lenses
l Develop data aggregation strategy in conjunction with Senior Manager - consumer online to ensure the data acquired from various owned channels and touch points to store in CDP to make it valuable asset for the company.
l Improve ACUVUE’s online presence from investigation phase to purchase phase by managing SEO and digital enhancement in the customers’ online channels
l Liaison for the global connected commerce and digital shelf lead and ACUVUE engine leadTake a representative role to search and build a network with quality external digital agencies to benefit the company’s future digital initiatives.
Key Requirements (skills, competencies, experiences, certifications)
l 10+ experience in round digital marketing, including CRM, digital media, programmatic media operation and e-commerce
l Work experience in digital media agency and digital marketing experience in consumer companies is a plus.
l Great knowledge in programmatic media operation and SEO
l Experience in consumer data aggregation by using DMP tools.
l Experience/knowledge in Treasure data’s CDP is a big plus.
l Business level English communication
