[IT]Solution Lead for Vision Care Japan

l Partner with business to explore problems worth solving
l Apply Human Centered design and RVR(Rapid Value Realization) principles
l Iterate Prototype and MVPs based on business requirement
l Partner with Business Product Owners and PLOs(Product Line Owner) to define solution vision & roadmap
l Co-lead the prioritization of the solution backlog with the business
l Drive the ongoing agile rituals
l Engage appropriate resources onto solution teams per solution blueprintResponsible for Agile Delivery of functionality to the business
Duties & Responsibilities
Ø Manage business expectations and keep business aligned to business requirements
Ø Accountable for all aspects of delivery
Ø Understands core internal IT products and ability to drive business value
Ø Drives business partners towards standard solutions
Ø Continuous improvement of the IT operating model
Ø Business Process Improvement
- Identify process “pain points” and early improvement opportunities
- Build business case for improvement initiatives (e.g., impact, feasibility, and investment required)
- Create implementation plans for improvement initiatives including timeline, owner, and key milestones
Ø Business requirements management & development
Ø Utilize effective business analyst techniques to translate what business may want to identification of what is needed via the good use of elicitation techniques.
Ø Document confirmed business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support
Ø Explain to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint
Ø Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required
Ø Lead glooming session and Demo session in Agile Sprint
Ø Manage sprint tean with scrum master to deliver IT product and function
Ø Documents user acceptance testing or and may assist unit testers so that definition of done for requirements are satisfied
Ø Writes, manages, and clarifies story points and may develop use cases for complex requirements
Ø Impact analysis of new releases/changes, training, maintaining systems FAQ in local language
Ø Assist and report on user acceptance testingIs able to conduct root cause analysis for key process challenges and map core processes and relevant sub-processes

Ø Excellent troubleshooting skills

Ø Experience of IT space for more than 5 years preferred.
Ø Excellent communication skills, proficient in Japanese and English language.
Ø Business English skills in writing, verbal communication and presentation.
