If chosen for this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that First class service is provided to all our customers globally by delivering the requested Instruments sets on Time and in Full.
We care deeply about our customers. This manager will be required to get familiar with the detail of each region's requirements while being able to present this detail in a succinct manner when presenting out to Senior Leadership both Globally and Regionally.
They will also need to able to resolve any issues with Kit orders to meet our customer's needs – problem solving, creative thinking and strong influencing skills are therefore required for this role.
You will lead at team of 2 directly and indirectly a further 6. It is imperative that the manager follows the J&J credo when owning the team and fosters an environment of inclusiveness, diversity and fun.
You and your team will be the primary point of contact between the Global Supply Chain and the Regional Supply Chain Leaders in EMEA, ASAPC, LATAM & NA. Therefore, they will need to be great communicators and someone who can build authentic relationships with colleagues. Escalations management will also play a key role here.
Quality and Compliance is at the core of the Team – One of your responsibilities will be to ensure that we have zero instances of non-compliance within the team. You will need to get all your team members adequately trained to standard.
The right person for this position will also play a key role in supporting the development of the Depuy Synthes Deployment Organization which is currently under construction. This will allow them the opportunity to act both tactically and strategically within the role.
Crucial requirements for candidates:
- Third level diploma/degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering.
- 5 years of management experience of supply chain within dynamic organizations
