Drive cross functional collaboration to understand and translate customer needs and requirements into supply chain strategies. Identify and prioritize customer centric end to end supply chain solutions.
Monitor supply chain performance goals (OTIF-D, LIFR, MAPE/BIAS, inventory DOS, quality, etc.). Initiate and lead corrective / improvement actions.
Facilitate in market S&OP process and drive S&OP excellence.
Collaborate with commercial leadership team to provide input into country strategic plans and activities.
Partner with local, regional and global cross functional team on new products introduction and product life cycle management.
Excellence in Execution:
Provide consistency, guidance and leadership to the following operations (including but not limited to): Customer Service, customer collaboration, demand/supply/inventory planning , Customs relations, in-bound management, warehousing, transportation & distribution.
Ensure end to end supply chain processes are supporting customer and business needs, complying to country regulations and JNJ quality requirements.
Establish departmental policies and budgets. Ensure performance of required functions within established budgetary and operational guidelines.
Manage supplier relationship and performances including but not limited to 3PL, call center provider, packaging material supplier.
Coach, develop and provide direction to assigned team members.

Bachelor degree in related discipline.
High level of English proficency.
10-15 years of Supply Chain/Quality Compliance/Customer Service working experience.
Strong organizational, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to contribute as a member of a commercial management team providing leadership.
Experience in managing a growing team.
A strong quality and compliance mindset.
A self-starter with a willingness to take ownership and a commitment to absolute performance and growth.
