The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopaedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, diabetes care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics. This segment is comprised of our Global Medical Solutions, Global Orthopaedics and Global Surgery Groups.

Currently we are looking for Talents for:

Customer Service Representative

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Contract: Permanent

Main tasks:
  • Provide quality service and support in handling day-to-day activities of the customer service role for all customers in a perfect manner
  • Validates claims for credits and arranges stock checks for missing or over delivered stock
  • Provides updates to customers on order status and/or problem resolutions
  • Fulfil administrative tasks (reports, KPI
  • Take part in different Customer Service related projects to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction


Crucial requirements for candidates:

  • Intermediate English knowledge (written and spoken);
  • Learning agility;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems quickly, excellent time management, proactive;
  • Team player, detail-oriented and able to prioritize daily work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of energy, engagement and responsibility;
  • Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office);
