The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopaedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, diabetes care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics. This segment is comprised of our Global Medical Solutions, Global Orthopaedics and Global Surgery Groups.
Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Full time, permanent contract
  • Supervising DepuySynthes Customer Service team
  • Ensure processing of incoming orders in a timely, professional and efficient manner
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Problem solving and daily cooperation with customers and internal/external partners
  • Fulfill administrative tasks
  • Take part in different Customer Service related projects to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Previous experience at least 3 years from customer services
  • Native/fluent Hungarian
  • At least intermediate English – ability to manage spoken and written interaction within the company
  • Microsoft Office skills (user level)
  • Proactive approach towards problem solving
  • Excellent time management
  • Team player as well as ability to lead and manage the team
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Able to manage team as well as project in a fast-paced environment in an international company
