JOB SUMMARY

 

Responsible to achieve the Assigned Areas objective which include sales targets - value wise and product wise. To devise the right territory strategy in order to exceed respective sales budget.

To ensure the achievement Sales Objectives for the specific geographic area - value wise & product wise, to motivate and provide directions to team members, to meet or exceed respective sales budget, in accordance with unit wise & value wise targets, to ensure that the AR are strictly in place as per the policies of the organization. Allocating areas to the Sales executives to ensure achievement of targets, to effectively manage the territory is in accordance with the policies of the organization. To understand the market pulse and drafting the local strategies. Keeping abreast with the competition.

Performance Initiatives

Achieving Operating Plan for the assigned geography! The incumbent will also help JJSV build and maintain excellent long term relationships with customers.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 
Sustainable Development - Market
 

Coordinate & support sales team and PS to organize minimum of …. CMEs/SE/SSE/KAM/Qtr.

 

Coordinate & support sales and PS team to organize minimum of …. counselor training /SE/SSE/KAM/month.

 

Ensure and that KOLs are delighted with services and products of JJSV.

 

Appropriate utilization of marketing budget to ensure outcome.

 

Ensure and help team to upgrading minimum 5 existing JJSV users to High End products.

 

In coordination with Product Manager/Marketing Manager to facilitate & organize’s participation in state & regional level ophthalmic meets.

 

To draft the localized marketing strategies.

 

Continuously observe opportunities to develop JJSV business.

Sustainable Development - Team
 

Arouse a healthy and winning spirit among all.

 

Analyze and coordinate with Product Manager to organize product development trainings in monthly and quarterly meetings.

 

Ensuring on job training while working with the team members in the field.

 

Ensure that team follows all the procedures and policies to procure and place orders for equipment’s and other products.

Maintaining reporting discipline and timely submission of

Monthly  Activity Plan and various formats

Appropriate coordination with Sales & Marketing and support functions for jobs to be done

Data Recording & Analysis
 

Coordinate with sales team to collate the data on competitor product range with pricing & marketing strategy.

 

Keeping record of JJSV secondary / tertiary sales in the market.

 

Analysis of territory sales data, working reports and based on that give feedback to team & superior and, also, take corrective/supportive actions.

 
Ensure to maintain DSO below 60 days.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

Graduate in any discipline from reputed institute/ university. Preferably an MBA

Education Level

Major/Field of Study

Bachelor’s Degree

Science /Business Management / Any Graduate

Minimum 5 years of experience

5 – 7 years in Similar industry having man management experience with excellent techno- commercial skills.
