  • To lead the planning, development, and integrated excellence execution of marketing and business initiatives, to deliver against business targets in Singapore with accountability of US$55MM in NTS
  • Specifically, to lead key business initiatives, including new product launches, business model innovation, new demand generation models, long term strategic planning, customer shopper and retailer solutions, and integrated consumer and professional communications across pre-store, in-store and post-store stages of the consumer journey
  • This role exists to ensure the plans are executed with high level of cross-functional integration, against expectations required for market leading growth

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and shape the consistent in-market excellence in execution of a fully integrated closed-loop consumer and professional experience, inclusive of pre-store, in-store and post-store
  • Lead cross-functional teams to operationalise alternative business models - including Connected Commerce and CRM - that leverage innovation, digital technologies and new methodologies that generate value and achieve business results
  • Drive consistency and elevate to a new standard of execution in-market in relation to 360 consumer and professional communications against brand plans that grow Acuvue® Brand equity, usage, consumption and loyalty
  • To develop the plans and strategies that drives traffic and stimulates the in-store 'Ask for ACUVUE', by leveraging cutting edge digital technologies and marketing innovations that include but are not restricted to: emerging media (Online, social media), PR and POSM development
  • Lead business analysis and development of annual marketing plan for the assigned product platform to grow category and shares, countering competitor activities
  • Lead business-planning sessions, drive marketing initiatives and act as team leader managing resources of marketing projects
  • Engage, align with Seed/Accelerate/Sustain team, leveraging Singapore as a Centre of Excellent and Lead market to develop consumer & shopper communication or adaptation campaigns, including online, PR, print, POSM
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated product launches and new initiatives, including launch meetings & POA
  • Align, leverage Seed/Accelerate/Sustain guidance to lead Singapore research projects such as equity studies, A&U and Consumer/ECP insight generation
  • Perform analysis on consumer, shopper, retail market and category trends, pricing, competition and campaigns tracking to understand opportunities and potential
  • Lead to drive efficient A&P with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and pay-out analysis to maximize investments against planned results
  • Lead process improvements & business analytics to ensure overall brand & business strategy is aligned to growth objectives
  • Lead peers and in cross function projects
  • Manage 3rd party agency relationships and develop a robust agency ecosystem that generates thought leadership and excellence in execution in all touchpoints
  • Lead & represent Singapore in key meetings as well as business reviews to maximize support for Singapore to accelerate growth

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related disciplines. At least 10 years' of brand management experience gained preferably from a reputable FMCG company
  • Strength in digital marketing and innovations ideal
  • Proven track record of ability to brand strategy based on strong consumer, shopper, retail, professional & customer insights
  • Experience and knowledgeable in professional marketing & retail
  • Analytical, team player, self-confident, bi-lingual (English/Mandarin)
