Product Manager Multiple Myeloma

 

Job purpose

•           Maximizes the growth of the assigned product within the country by developing and executing commercial action plan based on the CVT’s brand strategy and brand plans

•           Leads the Local Action Team to coordinate the cross-functional execution of projects and contributes to the CVT with local insights and recommendations

•           Contributes to the EMEA/MSM Functional Marketing Networks, ensuring the local requirements are reflected in EMEA/MSM strategies and providing local insights

•           Ensures full compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles to preserve trust and reputation towards HCP and patients using the product

 
Job responsibilities

•           Accountable for leading the development and execution of the local commercial action plan based on the brand plan to position the product in line with the CVT’s strategy and to achieve the committed business objectives (e.g. NTS) with the agreed resources (OOP budget)

•           Leads the cross-functional Local Action Team (LAT) ensuring the deployment of the commercial tactical plan in the home country and coordinates cross-functional projects

•           Ensures the execution of the local cross-functional multi-channel stakeholder engagement plan with the LAT for competitive advantage, drives the principles of Customer Interaction Excellence and external focus of the Local Action Team

•           Leads local commercial projects, such as development and execution of campaigns, development of sales material, congress presences, market insight generation projects etc.

•           Develops and manages partnerships with external key stakeholders to drive competitive advantage and Janssen’s reputation

•           Contributes to the CVT by providing marketing expertise, deep local market insights, customer needs, competitor insights, by engaging local stakeholders, with development of local plans and by leading local commercial/marketing projects within the function and across functions

•           Contributes to the development of the overall training plan, and leads the development and execution of the commercial training elements

•           Supports the development of the local cross-functional business plan from a country perspective, leads the development of the local commercial plan, provides insightful input into local financial forecasts

•           Contributes to the EMEA and the Mid-Sized-Markets (MSM) Marketing Functional networks by providing local market expertise, sharing best practices and representing the local interests

•           Accountable for full compliance of all projects and activities with laws and J&J regulations. Role models the Credo. Ensures continuity of supply.

Professional competencies     
•           Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences (BA/BSc or equivalent)

•           Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience

•           Demonstrated track record in pharmaceutical sales or marketing

•           Solid understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry

•           Capabilities to lead a cross-functional team

•           Project Management Skills

•           Fluency in English and German required, French considered an advantage

 

Location: Office based with approx. 20% field time
