This position will responsible to lead Acuvue Clear Lens business in Korea and will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy/plans for our Clear Business for both consumers and eye care professionals in line with company strategy to power up Acuvue in Korea. This position will be partner with relevant regional teams and Korea Team members to be able to lead Korea Clear strategy in leveraging all necessary resources and also will be responsible to work closely with key stakeholders to plan/develop activities. Will manage third party agencies (creative, social, media, in-store, etc) to maximize their capability, quality of work, efficiency to support the company business as much as they can.




1)Conduct analysis of category trends and competitive intelligence to develop long term plan according to Global portfolio strategy and Korea Team business goals.

2)Develop comprehensive marketing strategy/plans for both consumers and eye care professionals

3)Manage the execution of annual marketing plans

4)Build strong relationship with all Korea Team members and regional Team members

5)Develop integrated consumer communication and/or adaptation campaigns, including digital, social, PR, and in-store POSM, based on Marketing Global Beauty Team directions

6)Design and implement integrated in-store activation strategy for optical stores in close partnership with all key cross-functional partners

7)Manage 3rd party agency relationships and work closely with them to strategically maximize their performance to drive consistent business results

8)Plan annual marketing budget to achieve the desired brand performance and monitor and control marketing budget to ensure compliance to company objectives and optimize spends for effective utilization of the investments.




Professional Experience

1)8 years experiences in Brand Marketing with preferred category in FMCG

2)Being a bold individual leader.  Self-starter leadership required.

3)Analytical skills & marketing executional fundamentals

4)Strong knowledge in strategic marketing planning, branding and product messaging for consumer, shopper and professional

5)Strong knowledge for online, brand marketing and media management

6)Good knowledge of customer marketing

7)Fluent English skills in writing, verbal communication and presentation

8)Being a good communicator/collaborator to work cross-functionally

9)International travels

10)BA/BS degree (or higher) required
