Technovigilance Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities
• Compliance with the local regulations of Technovigilance
• Compliance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data
• File / Documentation according to internal company policies (RIM)
• Administrative activities such as: 
o Adverse Events
- Reception, report evaluation, notification, follow up and closing of all situations of interest for Technovigilance, which are received in the company's complaint reception system and other ways such as email, telephone and verbal.
- Notification of these situations to the CNFV-COFEPRIS according to the times established in the current standard NOM-240.
- Record of all situations evaluated in the corresponding databases.
- Physical and electronic file of all archives generated.
-Follow-up of requests for additional information from the CNFV-COFEPRIS

o Field Actions
- Reception, report evaluation and notification to CNFV-COFEPRIS of any field action detonated by the company.
- Record of all field actions detonated by the company in the corresponding databases.
- Physical and electronic file of all archives generated.
- Follow-up of requests for additional information from the CNFV-COFEPRIS

o Databases 
- Generation of Metrics

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Preferably in the area of health sciences (chemist, pharmacy, nurse, dentist, doctor, including chemical and biological engineering). Second, they can be administrative areas.
- Years of Experience: Desirable to have a year of experience in pharmacovigilance or technovigilance. Otherwise, it may be a newly graduated person. 
- Required Experience: Local regulation in Technovigilance and/or Pharmacovigilance, and desirable document management and Quality Systems.
- Required knowledge: Local regulation in Technovigilance and/or Pharmacovigilance, and desirable knowledge in document management and Quality Systems.
- Travel percentage: 0%
- Language: English intermediate-advanced
- Location of the role: Office MD site, Mexico city
- Certifications: Not additional
