【Vision Care】 Strategic Account Management and Consumer Eye Health Director

l Responsible for leading staff in the development and servicing of Strategic Accounts and Consumer Health Business to meet business sales objectives and increase share. Report to Sales VP.
<Duties & Responsibilities>
l Directs the development and servicing of strategic accounts to achieve business sales objectives and increase share.
l Develops long-term vision and objectives for Strategic Accounts channel, CEH, and sub-channels
l Constructs annual Strategic Accounts and CEH business plan and ensures that the plan is executed with excellence to meet business plan objectives.
l Reviews strategic account segmentation and assigns accounts by Strategic Account manager and CEH sales team for maximum sales and share increase.
l Directs forecasting process and establishes targets for achievement by Strategic Account and CEH
l Reports results against forecasts and adjustments to senior management
l Monitors department progress and ensures that corrective action has been initiated when necessary.
l Presents periodic sales reports to management with proposed plan changes.
l Approves incentive plan parameters and goals as well as ad hoc plans and contests.
l Approves, manages and ensures expenses are within department budget.
l Recruits and selects high-performing individuals as Strategic Account managers and CEH sales
l Trains, coaches and develops Strategic Account Managers and CEH Sales to meet and/or exceed expectations on the job and develop skills for additional responsibility and/or sustained performance.
l Builds relationships with key customers to support Strategic Account managers and CEH Sales, strengthen customer partnerships and understand market conditions directly.
l Demonstrates a macro view in supporting overall Sales strategy and works closely with counterparts in other commercial and functional areas.
l Is an active and positive contributor to the Sales Management Team, providing clear market situation analysis and recommendations for improved sales and share gain
l Interacts positively with Global Sales Force Effectiveness to understand best practices and provide regional input
Key Requirements (skills, competencies, experiences, certifications)
l 10 years or longer business experience
l Desirable to have at least seven years of management experience and sales management experience
l Experience Consumer/ FMCG/Food/Beverage industry sales background is must
l Strategic thinking / Big-picture orientation
l People management skill and strong leadership
l English ability (hearing, speaking, reading and writing English)
