FIELD SALES MANAGER Mass

Location: Hungary, Budapest

Full time unlimited contract

 

Role overview:

Field Sales Manager Mass HU is responsible for coordination of sales staff activity in assigned sales territory and accountable for achieving sales objectives while controlling sales expenses and market share. Provides leadership, guidance and customer product expertise to the sales team.

Meets established sales goals through the implementation of sales activities. Accountable for realization of marketing strategy, for reaching agreed business plan objectives and targets by optimal management and leadership of Sales Force, in close co-operation with cross functional and cross departmental professionals.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

Field force management:

  • Participates in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans and product development plans.
  • Set individual sales goals for sales staff based on total target and regional conditions and reports sales results versus forecast as well as suggests any adjustments made to business plans to ensure objectives are met.
  • Sets up a strategy to achieve sales and customer satisfaction objectives based on appropriate planning.
  • Ensures sales team adherence to set marketing and selling strategy, segmentation and targeting and delivery of tactics.  Evaluates their implementation on an ongoing basis.
  • Recommends ad hoc plans, corrective actions to improve sales team performance and results.
  • Manages, coaches, and motivates the sales team to achieve business goals as well as long-term development goals and career plans.

Traditional Trade management:

  • Prepares formal proposals and leads negotiations
  • Prepares sales contracts and routes for approvals
  • Develops accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Responsible for business policy with key accounts
  • Establishes sales plan and specific project plan for key accounts, follow up and execute it
  • Analyzes customer business opportunities and threats and designs plans to capitalize on them
  • Prepares sales strategy and conditions for customers
  • Coordinates and perform economic and competitive analysis
  • Monitors competitors and market, with understanding customer needs
  • Keep planning cycle according to company requirements
  • Responsible for customer NTS target, budget, follow up accounts receivable
  • Fulfill other tasks or duties set by direct manager    


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Native level of Hungarian, communicative level of English
  • Leadership, empathy, open communication
  • Strong communication skills including presentations
  • Strong coaching and situational leadership skills
  • At least 6 years of experience on a KAM position + other sales experience of 2-8 years 
  • University degree or High school + relevant experience
  • Similar experience from an international FMCG company focusing on international chains
  • Driving license category B
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
