We are currently looking for an

MRP Planner and Material Scheduler (m/w/d) - limited for 15 months

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • As per the final production plan in BPCS, run MRP and plan material replenishment, if required
  • Reorder regularly stocked products and ensure material availability (incl. NPI) aligned with Strategic sourcing allocation
  • Optimizing TCO through material inventory, phase in/out materials, resolution of material supply challenges and minimizing potential SLOB / Leftovers
  • Develops and implements site level material ordering policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
  • Interface with suppliers to understand capacity and resolve site level delivery issues (NCs, payments)
  • Communicate future requirements to suppliers including forecasts
  • Monitors PO Execution and potential handling mismatches
  • Manage operational site level supplier performance
  • Call off’s

  • University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 1-4+ years previous experience in planning, procurement, manufacturing, or scheduling
  • Candidate must be able to demonstrate successful leadership, planning management expertise, strategic thinking and operational experience with ERP systems
  • End to End Supply Chain Understanding
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and lateral thinking to solve problems
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and must have a sense of urgency
  • Experience should demonstrate strong cross-functional business acumen and ability to influence
  • Familiarity with (local) regulations, GMP, ISO requirements is desirable
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills
  • German and English
